Antoinette Stellini (Chief Commercial Officer) and Nash Seychell (Beverage Sales Executive), recently had the opportunity to dive into the rich heritage of Segafredo Zanetti, a partner brand celebrated for its mastery in crafting exceptional Italian coffee experiences at their headquarters in Bologna. For decades, they have been dedicated to bringing the authentic flavours of Italy to the world. Their secret? A deep passion for coffee, unmatched expertise, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

During our visit which was aimed at partnership strengthening, coffee education and community building; we witnessed first-hand the meticulous process- from the careful selection of high-quality beans to the expert roasting and blending processes by the Master Roaster, every step reflects their signature taste. Their dedication to delivering an authentic Italian coffee experience has made them a global leader in the coffee industry. It was inspiring to see the dedication and craftsmanship that go into every cup.

Our trip to the roasting plant was more than just a coffee tour – it was a journey into the heart of Italian coffee culture, we learned how a brand’s passion and expertise can create something truly extraordinary, not just an exploration of coffee but an immersion into a legacy of flavour, tradition, and innovation-the Coaching Team engaged us in a workshop on flavours and sensory analysis, on a journey through some of their finest blends, leading to a greater perception of the value of coffee.
