Finance Assistant
Due to the business expansion, we are looking for a Finance Assistant to support the Finance Department.
The right candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day preparation of financial statements and the implementation of internal controls.
The Assistant to the FC will have strong analytical, technology, communication and organizational skills.
Previous accounting experience is highly valued.
He/She will report directly to the Company’s Financial Controller while maintaining regular communication with the company’s business units.
The applicant has to be residing in Malta with a valid working permit, excellent written and spoken English and preferably a good command of the Maltese language.
Excellent remuneration will be commensurate with experience.


Sales Representative | Retail
Our company is looking for a sales representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

Sales Representative | HORECA
Our company is looking for a sales representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
Responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships with HORECA customers (food services like catering, bars, coffee shops, resorts, cafés, restaurants and other related industries), ensuring visibility, achievement of sales targets and delivery of high-quality customer service to the existing and potential customers.
- Communicate with HORECA customers about the selection of products available, promotions and new items
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Research and identify new sales opportunities for HORECA and similar channels across the territory
- Regularly follow up on orders, deliveries and returns as well as collections and stock rotations
- Understanding and promoting company programs
Previous experience within a sales department will be considered an asset.

Coffee Machine Technician
We are hiring immediately for a full-time Coffee Machine Technician position.
Prior experience repairing coffee equipment is preferred.
- Responds to dispatch calls for machine repairs using company-owned vehicle
- Calls on existing customers to determine the adequacy of service; listens to and resolves service complaints
- Visually inspects and listens to machines to determine causes of malfunctions; dismantles machines to gain access to a problem area
- Prepares machines for installation at accounts; assists in installations and removals
- Sets up and operates mechanical equipment and small hand tools ( e.g. drills, grinders, welding torches) for machine and equipment repair
Prior experience repairing coffee equipment is preferred.


Delivery Personnel
We are looking for responsible Delivery Personnel to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
- Follow routes and time schedules
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
- Collect payments
- Preferably Maltese speaking
A good driving record with no traffic violations is a must.


Full-time Merchandiser
We are looking for a full-time merchandiser to plan and promote the sale of our offerings. The retail merchandiser will be responsible for displaying products, monitoring inventory, and tracking sales at designated stores.
Retail Merchandiser Responsibilities:
Securing the most lucrative spots in each store and positioning products in an appealing manner.
Keeping a regular check on inventory to ensure that stores are furnished with sufficient supplies at all times.
Clearing expired, broken, and otherwise unsuitable products from the displays.
Tracking sales to monitor the performance of each core product.
Suggesting special offers and discounts on products.
Advocating for the replenishment of supplies, if appropriate.
Conducting one-on-one interviews, focus groups, and survey research to ascertain the viability of items, product-related concerns, and possible gaps in the market.
Motivating for the discontinuation of items that have not gained traction.
Maintaining cordial relationships with all stakeholders to uphold our reputation and to promote our endeavors.
Performing competitor analyses to ensure that we always stay ahead of the game.
